1- (1984 - 1991)

Student Trainee for seven years at Saudi Hollandi Bank during my high school and University study. covered almost all bank branchs' functions including Customer Service and Cash Operation.
2- (1991 - 1993)
Immediately hired at Saudi Hollandi Bank, and took over the following functions:
- 1991 Customer Service Representative : carrying over account opening closing and maintenance, Saudi Shares transactions and Time Deposits.
- 1992 Customer Service Manager : Managing Branch's Customer Service functions.
- 1993 Cash officer : managing branch tellers, cash operations and volt.
3- (1994 - now )
In 1994 I moved to NCB and started working as an Area Operations Manager for 11 branches, following are positions taken at NCB:
- 1994, 1995: Area Operations Manager : Managed 11 branches' operations, enhancing operations control and improving services.
- 1996: Business coordinator : at the new Data warehouse Project, defining business needs from the Data warehouse, produce needed reports as per business demand.
- 1997, 1998: User Education Coordinator : Define staff technical awareness needs, coordinate staffs' technical training with the training center, present new technological advances to management.
- 1999: Project Manager : at Data Quality Project, define current level of available customer information, define how system can assist in information entry authentication. Qualify the best possible approach to rectify and update existing information.
Other Achievements:
- 1991: Won the SHB staff of the year award.
- 1992: Introduced a computer application to produce online statements at branch level while the bank was using an offline batch update (see attached letters of recognition).
- 1992: Introduced an application for online customer signature verification at branch level while the bank was using hard signature cards and drawers (see attached letters of recognition).
- 1993: Managed Saudi Hollandi Bank system migration to online system for all western region branches, that included, training staff on the new system and a branch by branch rollout to the new system (see attached letters of recognition).
- 1994: Insured consistent branch operation and services in area under my management during the NCB rollout to the new online system.
